Contract type: One-year extendable based on performance

Job Summary:
The purpose of the cost in relation to the program is to ensure effective financial management and allocation of resources for the successful implementation of the project. As a project manager, it is crucial to oversee the budget and ensure that funds are allocated appropriately to meet the program's objectives. This includes managing expenses, monitoring financial transactions, and ensuring compliance with donor rules and regulations. By effectively managing costs, the project manager can optimize the use of resources, maintain financial accountability, and maximize the impact of the program in achieving its intended outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures the planning, implementation and monitoring/evaluation and sets targets as included in the project description.
- Responsible for the coordination and projects management, and technical guidance to projects’ staff
- Guarantee an efficient financial management for the project in compliance with the organization's model and donor regulations.
- Formulate, organize and monitor projects
- Deliver quality project activities reporting, including the findings in terms of impact/changes at the level of beneficiaries achieved through the project.
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Confirmed local knowledge, planning, assessment and analytical skills. Proven excellent report and proposal writing skills, supported by a high level of attention to detail and the ability to compile comprehensive reports for donors.
- Lead and evaluate projects & programs coordinators & managers and project’s staff and staff related to projects.
- Resolve projects’ higher scope issues and risks management.
- Responsible for follow-up and coordination of project activities and financial management of project.
- Manage monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning systems and processes.
- Review and finalize all projects reports, both narrative & quantitative.
- Develop productive working relationships with all stakeholders including; community leaders and representatives, Government officials, Non-Governmental Organizations both local and international, and donor.
- Represent forums and events with a positive appearance as per the organization values, objectives, strategy
- Coordinate donors meetings and maintaining contact with relevant local authorities and other agencies.
- Achievement of the specific assigned task including field visits to other governorates to supervise, implement the project.
- Participate with human resources and program officials in defining the tasks and descriptions of the members of the teams in the programs and projects and ensure the implementation of activities
- Comply with the organization policies and procedures with respect to code of conduct and other relevant policies and procedures.
- Commit to the humanitarian principles
- Ensure management of protection national staff in the consortium and coordination with other teams, especially in the consortium.
- Supervise and work closely with national staff involved in the above mentioned project.
- Ensure good monitoring & evaluation of implemented activities.
- Conduct a firm advocacy in search for response on protection concerns.
- Work closely with local authorities to foster good will and support for protection activities.
- Organize and conduct regular field visits to ensure technical support to national staff and local partners.

Qualifications and experience:
- University Degree in management or relevant disciplines.
Salary and Benefits:
The This Position will receive a competitive salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience. The salary package will include base salary, taxes, social security contributions, health insurance, and life insurance, as per the organization's policy.
