الشهائد والخبرات المطلوبة:
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Certificates related to networking and Maintenance
b. Professional Experience:
1+ years of depth experience in the following fields:
Experience with database management software, such as MySQL, Oracle RDBMS, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Good knowledge of networking protocols, such as TCP, IP, and OSI models.
Good knowledge of voice devices IP PBX Systems
Installing and troubleshooting security camera systems
Maintaining printers, scanner and Photocopier
المهام الوظيفية:
•Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks
•Provides technical support (help desk) to staff and customers by troubleshooting problems related to network or platform performance.
• Install and troubleshoot all types of printers, scanner and Photocopier
• Install and troubleshoot voice devices IP PBX Systems
• Install and troubleshoot all security camera systems
• Identify the best tools and approaches to effectively solve engineering problems to develop/optimize designs by leveraging an appropriate mix of first principles / analytical, computational, and experimental methods.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• analyzing network data and infrastructure to determine inefficiencies and problems.
• Monitoring computer systems and networks for viruses, malfunctions, and errors.
• Configures security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
• Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
• Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
